I love these little berries and if you have time on your hands to wander among some hedgerows, they are available for free all over the country. I got a lovely gift of delicious homemade blackberry jam and decided I had to make a Blackberry Sponge Cake with it. Add any fruit or jam that you like, for instance, I also like it made with stewed apples in the middle.

Cookies Triple Chocolate, com Trigo Sarraceno. Mais uma das delícias que encontrei no novo livro da Nigella, o “Simply Nigella”. Este e o “Na Cozinha com Nigella” são, sem dúvida, os meus livros favoritos até agora! A farinha de trigo Sarraceno é mais cara (paguei R$6,50 por um saquinho de 250g), mas não foi difícil de achar aqui no interiorrrr de São Paulo, onde eu moro. A textura dos cookies é bem interessante, quase derretem na boca e têm um sabor bem intenso de chocolate. Muffins integrais de banana.

Você pode variar na quantidade de manjericão, colocando um maço ou menos, de acordo com o seu gosto, e também pode mudar o tipo de castanha. Given the USA’s reaction to Russia’s involvement in Crimea, military activity has been ramping up on the Russian side of this border. It seemed utterly peaceful and idyllic on our side.
