Monday, January 6, 2014. 2014 here we go . As I look back on the past year I think about all we have accomplished. We are not big on resolutions in our house because they remind me of a quick fix. Instead we focus on things we want to accomplish and make list. No surprise here, this type A girl is making a check list to check off. And yes I know we are already 6 days into 2014 but hey who cares. 1 Worry less about being in control knowing that the Lord is on our side. 4 Andrew will get a job he loves.

Thursday, June 13, 2013. Phelan Love Derby Shower. Last weekend the wonderful ladies of my Houston family threw me a beautiful shower! My sister went above and beyond to make sure my shower was perfect! All the ladies dressed up in their Sunday best and wore big derby hats. The set up was awesome and everything was delicious. Chicken salad sandwiches and quiche. Yogurt parfaits and yummy bacon. Fruit and cheese platters. Drink station: mimosa and a white sangria. The straws and derby cups were super cute.

And for that, I am SO grateful! No crazy cravings like pickles with peanut butter, but I have had a few main cravings, like apples, fruit, blueberry waffles, and lately.half and half (Tea and Lemonade -not the coffee creamer).
