Our most recent snack is Glutino Gluten Free Lemon Wafers. We loved them so much! They honestly reminded me the vanilla, chocolate and strawberry wafer cookies that you eat as a child but these have a nice lemon creme in the middle which makes me feel more like an adult when I eat them.
