Friday, May 28, 2010. Can I make it? It's amazing how the smallest things in life make me the happiest and how fast that happiness can be shot down. I was so excited to go to Seven Peaks today for opening day. I shaved my legs (which took forever) and painted my toe nails (which was a little painful) and tried on my new maternity suit (which was depressing). Sunday, October 11, 2009. Hills are NOT my friend! Well obviously I made it through the race because I'm here today to type this. I have discovered that running your hardest race without any training is probably not. I have never been so sore in my entire life - every inch of me hurts. Despite the pain though, I still had a great time. Arica pushed me to the max in my running and I didn't know I could do so much! I ran with her for 2 straight miles before we had to walk at all. It all happened when Alisha decided to join this Frozen Dinner enrichment group in her ward so the night before we left to go to New York and Pennsylvania we needed to get the frozen dinners made. So about 11pm we started and we didn't get done till like 1:30am it was good times. I hope they tasted good I unfortunately didn't get to try any but I bet they were great.
