Sunday, August 26, 2012. This past weekend, my company flew us all out to Vegas for a party to celebrate some goals we reached. I had a great time with my friends/co-workers! Since I had my birthday on Friday, it was a nice birthday present as well.. Me, Freida, and Dionne with our Charlie's Angels pose. Freida didn't quite get the pose right. We laughed and laughed at this photo! So the Paris hotel is like a dream come true for me (obviously) and on our way to the party, I saw this. Couldn't resist.

Amazing wonders: Recital day
http://lillykayreedsmommy.blogspot.com/2013/07/recital-day.html
Thursday, July 25, 2013. All of their hard work showed in their performance, they all did such a fabulous job. They performed to the song Somewhere Over The Rainbow and it literally made me cry. I was one very proud momma. She was so happy and so at home on stage. There were no cameras allowed in the performance auditorium, but I was able to get a good amount before the show. There's all that personality shining through! With her class. Miss Polly is the best! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Sunday, November 27, 2011. Yesterday we got back from our 10 day Mediterranean Cruise departing from Rome and making stops to Olympia, Greece; Athens, Greece; Ephesus, Turkey; and Cairo, Egypt. We went to Rome 3 days early to take in the sights. It was an amazing trip and since I took hundreds of pictures, I'll just give you the highlights. This is bare bones, mind you. Four Rivers Fountain by Bernini. St Peter's Basilica in Vatican City. Inside St. Peter's Basilica with Altar designed by Bernini.

Born in 1984; Met in 2000; Married in 2006; Expanded in 2009; Happy in 2011. Monday, December 27, 2010. Merry Christmas * Happy New Year. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We have had a wonderful December. We have tried to focus on the birth of our Savior by listening to Christmas music every day and trying to serve those around us. I really enjoyed December, and part of me is sad that Christmas has already past. But now we are on to a New Year and new adventures. Posted by The Goss Family.

Wednesday, December 26, 2012. New Niece: Chloe Kay. On Sunday, we went to visit our new niece, Chloe Kay, who was born to Aaron's sister, Emilee and Shane. She was born December 15th and was 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and 21 inches long. I snapped some pictures while I was there. She is a cutie pie! Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Christmastime at the Walkers. I also love the general feeling of good will towards man! The pink tree for all of my girly ornaments. Shoes and shopping! Taken at my work Christmas party.

Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Et Voila.mon petit settee. Finally, my French parlour look for my living room is complete. I have finished my settee and I'm thrilled with how it has turned out. That upholstery class was one of the best decisions I ever made! Check out the results. It was hard to get a good angle so you could see the entire redo because the "parlour" is small, but in any event, here it is. I'm still debating on doing curtains in this room. So you may see that in the future too. A Dose of Pretty.

Monday, September 2, 2013. In July, we had the chance to have a foreign exchange student from France come to live with us for about 3 weeks. It was a GREAT experience and we are looking forward to doing it again. We're hoping that Juliette will come to stay with us again. We loved having her with us and had so many fun experiences! She had a tutorial class during the day (9:00-4:00) where she would study English and then in the evenings and weekends, we got to show her "Californie". On the Pirate Ship.

Tuesday, November 26, 2013. On Sunday, Aaron and I got back from China! The Great Wall of China. Before the long hike up. You can't tell here because Aaron is in short-sleeves but it was freezing. Everyone was looking at Aaron like he was crazy! The Chinese people would look at him and laugh. When you make it to the top of the Great Wall, you're called a Hero. So here is our Hero picture! It was a lot of steps. Something obviously gets lost in the translation. In the back is Nelson from Guatemala. The Su...

Born in 1984; Met in 2000; Married in 2006; Expanded in 2009; Happy in 2011. Thursday, August 11, 2011. Josie has worked really hard over the past 2 years to grow her beautiful strawberry blonde curls. I was always scared that when I cut her hair, her curls would go away. So I just let her hair grow and watched it turn into a mullet. But I didn't care.I loved it! She is slouching forward, but it still shows her mullet-type hair. Posted by The Goss Family.
