One tiny little quote from Barthe I really find haunting:. Vincent van Gogh,. I won’t say that I don’t turn my back on nature and ruthlessly in order to turn a study to a picture, arranging the colors, enlarging and simplifying; but in the matter of form I am too afraid of departing from the possible and the true. little apple | the adventures of a small fruit in a big world
The adventures of a small fruit in a big world. On September 1, 2010. Photo by Anne Jansen. I’ve been wanting to visit Portland for several years now, and I finally got the chance when we went out to Manzanita for my cousin-in-law’s wedding. The city has so much to offer, and in the short time we were there, we just didn’t have the time to see it all. I mean, how can you see it all in a city with so many nicknames? Photo by Anne Jansen. A little art in every day!
A little art in every day! Juggling a creative life with everything else . Monday, November 25, 2013. Anyone gotten as burned out by this question as I have? Don't get me wrong - I actually love to cook. I just don't love planning the menu all the time. And, although everyone has their two cents to put in once dinner is on the table, I can't seem to get their input when I'm in the menu planning stage. UGH! Every week it's the same! So, I decided I needed to somehow put a creative spin on the process.
