Monday, December 29, 2014. The whole reason that holidays are so fun and we look forward to them is because of traditions. This year I'll admit that I have been feeling to sick to care (plus Kyle has worked every holiday), but I will save all the excitement and fun planning for next year when I will care even more! Monday, July 23, 2012. Almost Camping, and other adventures. Naomi and Emma love dressing up, and they also love wearing glasses when they get the chance. Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Valentine's Day, etc. Back when I made these boxes, Naomi decided she wanted to personalize them with stickers. :) Then she and Emma made a train. Choo choo! The only pictures I took of the girls on Valentine's Day was of them painting. Nana sent them a package in the mail with Valentinesy stuff, so they opened it that morning and had a blast. Thursday, May 21, 2015. I spent 2 days last week cutting out over 250 squares of fabric and last weekend my mom came down and we got Kasen's minky rag quilt all finished in one weekend! 2 1/2 yards of 100% cotton fabric for the top. 2 1/2 yards of flannel fabric for the middle. And 2 1/2 yards of minky fabric for the back. All cut into 6" squares and sewn together! The shelf for his room is stained and we bought the rest of what we needed at Target so we are all ready for him to come now! Friday afternoo...

Monday, December 24, 2012. Naomi got an early Christmas present this year- a new bed! You see, she has been sleeping in her crib the past FIVE years! Well, we took the side off for her, but it was getting a bit small. We found a bed on craigslist for a good price, and it came with the frame, pillowtop mattress, two sets of sheets, and a comforter.
