Saturday, February 2, 2013. Eli has been waiting (and waiting and waiting) for his 4th birthday. Several months ago, he discovered the pieces of a drum kit in a basement closet (we clearly need a better hiding spot). We told him he could have the drums on his birthday. which meant that waiting for his birthday became a frequent topic of discussion. Eli watched The Lion King recently at a friend's house and has been asking to watch "king lion" ever since- thanks, Grandmommy! The aftermath from lunch.
