Thursday, January 29, 2009. Rebecca is now entering the last week of the first trimester, week 13. Baby can suck it's thumb now. The eyelids are fused shut to protect them as they develop. Bones and skull are solidifying and tooth sockets are loaded. The vocal cords and larynx are also completed. Baby weighs about 20 grams and is nearly 3 inches long. Other than that and being tired, she is doing great! In addition to expecting, Matt and Rebecca are parenting a little guy that is doing the "Terrible Two"...

Wednesday, March 17, 2010. I love springtime. There are flowers blooming all over. Our tree out front is starting to get leaves on it. The weather has been so beautiful the past week. It has been in the mid to high 70's. I took Anthony to the park yesterday and we relaxed on a blanket under the trees. He had fun tasting pine needles, dirt, and of course his puffs!
