Baby McKittrick: Week 36!

Monday, December 7, 2009. Mommy just went to the doctor the other day and they ran a few tests on her and Hayden. Everything is looking good. He is making his turn (headfirst) toward the birth canal, which is a good thing. The doctor has made a rough prediction of an 8 pound baby which sounds healthy, so, we're thankful for that (however, the bigger the baby, the scarier for Mommy. ha ha). Hayden is now around 18½ inches long and nearly 6 pounds—just about as big as a breadbox! Hayden should be here soon!

Friday, October 30, 2009. Hayden weighs about 3½ pounds and is about 16 inches long, the same length as a miniskirt. From this week on, he will gain around ½ pound a week until shortly before birth (although, to mommy it may feel like a whole lot more! Same ol', same ol'. Aching back and full of stress. Still no crib bedding which means. still no nursery room. However, the bedding is supposed to be shipped in the next 3 days or so. So, mommy will get to further her nesting very soon. Friday, December 11, 2009. Hayden is officially baked this week! That means Mommy could literally give birth at any given moment. A terrifying, exciting and overwhelming concept, all rolled into one. Hayden is about 19 to 20 inches long and approximately 6 pounds, the size of a largemouth bass. Huge news this week: Hayden is. If Mommy were to go into labor today, all systems would be a go. Tuesday, October 13, 2009. Hes starting to look more and more like a baby! I know you must be getting more and more excited as Christmas gets closer! Its hard to believe its almost time. Inside the Weird Brain of Mark. About two or so months ago, I cut my pinkie finger laying floor tile. It hasn't healed yet to this day and it hurts when I bend it so I went to the doctor today to have them look at it. The doc says I cut it worse than I thought I did and apparently. Have cut my tendon. She says there's nothing that can be done about it and she's sorry. Not to mention she thinks I have carpal tunnel developing in that same arm. Thursday, November 19, 2009. Inside the Weird Brain of Mark. As impossible as this sounds (grilled meat loaf) we. Attempted to cook this dish. It started out with the ladies (I won't mention Karen and Lauren's names) having the job of pattying some burgers and me and Matt grilling them. Matt and I are out there on the deck, grill fired up, ready to go. The ladies bring out the burgers to us and we throw them on. All is fine and going smoothly. until. we try flipping the burgers. Inside the Weird Brain of Mark. Today was focused on arms and shoulders. This exercise wasn't quite as hard but seeing as to it is my first week (. I am setting a goal to just get through half of each 1-hour routine. I exercise for 30 minutes. My arms felt it though. I've been using the resistant bands. As far as what I ate. I ate 1 tv dinner. 1 serving of mashed potatoes. For dinner I had grilled chicken. With bbq sauce), corn of the cob. With 1 glass of ice tea. Plain - ruffle) and couple of skittles.
