Below I have outlined what I have been up to since my last post. 1/4 mile walking, 1/4 mile jogging, repeat six (6) times. 30 minutes speed walking.

The weight loss is back on track, 800g (1.76lbs) lost this week. More importantly, I’ve stayed off the booze.
