I didn't tell the kids where we were headed, but they were very excited when they finally discovered what we were doing. There was only two headsets and lucky Kari got to where one of them. Braden and Emmalynn just got earplugs. We were able to talk to our pilot and "co-pilot" throughout the trip. Thursday, May 20, 2010. THE GREAT BLIZZARD OF 2010. Snow at our front door. After being in our house for 2 days straight with it constantly snowing outside, we are dressed and ready to go out and play in it! The snow was taller then Gabe in most parts. This is what our deck looked like after Ryan had been out shoveling for a long time. And there is more to go. By the time we had shoveled the deck, sidewalks and one car we were done, the other car was not dug out for a couple more days. Carin and JC Larson.

Thursday, May 20, 2010. Chris and Brindy could not make it for Christmas so they came early in Dec. It was so fun to see them and to spend time with little Lydia. Gabe and Lydia had fun playing together although sadly Gabe, most of the time, acted like a typical boy, oblivious to all the attention she wanted from him. I got to babysit Lydia one day and I had so much fun! I wish I could do it all the time, she loved my bucket full of my necklaces. The best when someone takes a picture while your eating :).

Monday, May 26, 2008. Ryan had fun taking his son to his first BASEBALL game. We went to see the DC Nationals play and had a good time. When we went in to DC one day we ran into BEN STILLER! He was filming Night at the Museum 2 in the Air and Space Museum. It was fun. . Kelly from the Office. Sorry I filmed it sideways :(. Kevin and Renee came to visit. BUT, the other day another missionary serving in Brazil in a different location than Aaron said that some random brazilian came up to them and asked them if they were Americans. The missionaries said yes and this random guy handed them the CD along with the package slip and customs slip that was on the top of the box! Isn't that amazing that after 3 months Aaron still was able to get the CD!
