Terça-feira, 31 de março de 2009. O meu primeiro lote Pilsner. Quinta-feira, 26 de março de 2009. O processo demorou um pouco mais do que o tempo considerado normal, mas outra coisa não seria de esperar, para a primeira cerveja de grão, demorar 9h30m em vez de 8h, não me parece nenhum exagero, ainda por cima com um disco eléctrico com metade do tamanho da panela. A Hoegaarden ficou por fazer, por diversos motivos não tive tempo nem vontade de fazer cerveja nos últimos meses. Mas, como qualquer verdadeiro cervejeiro, a vontade voltou e decidi adquirir "Aquela mááááquiiiiinaaaa" e comprei uma Braumeister com capacidade para fazer 20 litros de cerveja. Antes de tudo houve que transferir a cerveja para uma solução de açucar para a segunda fermentação: em garrafa. Domingo, 15 de fevereiro de 2009. Depois de uma semana de vigorosa fermentação, chegou a altura de mudar de fermentador. Tuesday, August 26, 2008. I am now at full capacity. I can brew no more until I get some stuff bottled and it will be a while. The first thing that will be bottled will be the hefeweizen and that will take 10 days to 2 weeks to mature. I just brewed my last of anything for a while. I decided to brew a German hefeweizen. Friday, November 28, 2008. Holiday Cider Racked again, this time with cinnamon. I moved the cider to another carboy today. There was a ton of sediment in the original container.
