Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Whenever I share a homebrew or take a homebrew to a club meeting, it never fails that someone asks a technical question about the beer. What was the OG and FG? What yeast did you use? What was the grain bill? This would require me to dig my phone out and check my saved recipes, if I remembered to save them to the cloud. Instead of digging around for this information, I thought why not place this all on a beer label so people could view this information right on the bottle!

Monday, July 11, 2016. Well, "scaling back" one year later has become an indefinite hiatus. I'm happy to be writing and playing more music. Once again, and of course, I'm still riding my bike, but the brewing has sadly been relegated to the free time that I can only look forward to enjoying again some day as my kid(s) becomes more independent or, at the very worst, in retirement. Thursday, June 18, 2015. Friday, January 2, 2015. Batch 10: Papa Bear Porter: Tasting Day. Labels: Papa Bear Porter. Steep 1/2...
