Monday, October 8, 2012. Happy Monday, I had a great and very relaxing weekend and I hope you did as well. I did stray from my own personal Meal Plan this weekend but I did it on purpose. I hit chest and tri's this afternoon had a pretty good workout even though I didm't have a spotter. Today's question is from one of my clients, she expressed concern about her son being put on Adderol for his ADD. She tried using food to help control it but is at a loss of what else to do. Tuesday, October 2, 2012. Todays Q and A:. Question I was asked: How do you do all that you do? Answer: Its funny people that are close to me call me superhuman because I am always on the move. I don't sit in front of the T.V after work. I am always looking for ways to expand my business and expand my reach (like this blog). So how do I do it? I started with Deadlifts. Missed 495 (Boo, but I did train Hamstrings on Saturday LOL). My food stayed the same as yesterday, and will be the same all week.

Thursday, October 4, 2012. All set for tomorrow I was able to reschedule all my 1 on 1 client appointments. Wondering what I am talking about? I am going to be in a commercial tomorrow for Viers Auto Sales tomorrow. I will be pulling as junk van on to the lot with a strongman harness. and then ask if they will take it for a trade in.
