Celluloid Heroes
Welcome to Celluloid Heroes! I started Celluloid Heroes in May 1995 as a future business. And I've been mostly just collecting autographs over the last 20 years. I now have a large inventory of signed music LP s and CD s, Hollywood. Film soundtrack LP s and laserdiscs, and photos of both Hollywood and music stars. Living in Southern California provides lots of autograph opportunities at concert. Halls, movie premiers, restaurants, plays, airports, music festivals, and hotels.

Celluloid Heroes
The various stellar puzzles range from the painfully obvious to the mind-bendingly complex, making the overall experience of ‘Galaxy Jumper’ exemplary of how far Flash games have come and what heights they can achieve. Story-wise, ‘Zombies’ doesn’t really reach the level of the Capcom classic, but why zombies took your daughter and didn’t just eat her isn’t really why you are playing this game in the first place, is it? Inferno – As the adorable (and lifesaving! With timeless design drawing from classic ...

Everybody's a dreamer. Everybody's a star. Everybody's in showbiz - doesn't matter who we are. Tuesday, October 9, 2007. Here's Comes Me, Fellas! 1 Tim Burton's appearance in the video dating shop in Singles. He's only, like, the next Martin Score- seeeze. 2 Basically any Alfred Hitchcock cameo, but I particularly like the double bass he lugs around in Strangers on a Train. 3 François Truffaut in Close Encounters of the Third Kind. 4 Roman Polanski slitting Jack Nicholson's nose in Chinatown. So, if you ...

The Most Beautiful Fraud In The World
The Most Beautiful Fraud In The World. Sunday, 16 January 2011. And now for something completely different. Watching Shaw Brother’s 1980 anthology last night I was struck by the remarkable difference in the approach to superstition between the West and the East. Both culture have a health dose of ghosts and spirits and mean-spirited dead beings but the way they are depicted in popular culture differs so very drastically. Both stories clocked in at 45 minutes and both managed to surprise drastically: just...

Celluloid in Black and White
Celluloid in Black and White. A blog about black me and Old (read “white”) Hollywood. Sunday, 11 January 2015. Sidney Poitier, Mike Brown, and the Myth of Black Exceptionalism. You know what’s funny? I don’t even remember the first Sidney Poitier movie I saw. What I do remember is the feeling I had watching him move gracefully on my television screen: pride. He carried himself like a king. Heat of the Night. Into evidence as a visual depiction of America’s deep-rooted and violently intense fear of ...

Then he would have had a legitimate reason to ask who framed him. You know, if he was real. From the Daily Express:. According to a t...
