Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Frank Clark Meet 2011. Six swimmers from Tyde Masters participated in our first team meet at the Frank Clark Classic in Greensboro on March 5, 2011. This was the first official Masters meet both for our team and for four of the six swimmers, and we had a great time! The guys wrapped up the meet with a decisive victory in the Men's 200 Free Relay, taking an early lead and never relinquishing it. You can check out more pictures from the meet on our Facebook. Main set (w/fins) - Do the following sequence 2 times:. 1 x 100 free @ R :20. 2 x 75 IM (no breaststroke) @ R :15. 3 x 50 @ R :15 - no freestyle. 4 x 25 @ R :10 - no breaths. 4 x 25 sprint on 1:00 - start from the blocks and walk back after each 25.
