為了興趣，為了自我滿足，為了工作需要，重投了籃球訓練的懷抱。 第一今天早上的練習很不順利，因為改了動作準確度差了很多，最慘的是晩上練習時被球打到了手指公，很疼，但最不開心的是要休息，很難得在暑假能有多些時間運動，但現在只可安心的休養。希望下星期可以回復正常啦。 可能是有教練在場，做NASH時有點緊張，後來做罰球連入時更發生了之前沒有的問題，由於希望能在弄清問題後才繼續，因此利用高速攝影機分析了動作，最後發現最大的問題是出手時只用了手指發力，原因之一是手指公張得太開，導致前臂緊張。經改善後才有點改善。 訓練後有點失落，原因有幾，首先是出現了問題而自己沒有發現，這是自我訓練的大忌， 其次是浪費了時間在錯的技術上，三是當調整了動作後必然的後果就是命中率又會再次下降。 16/7 晚上到了北角跟一個叫麥錦輝的教練練波，這個訓練班主要是教最基礎的個人技術，甚至重新教胸前傳球。參加的人大部份也是成年人，都是沒有甚麼機會練習但很喜歡打籃球的。 1) NASH WARM UP. 1)　今天刻意在持球時將球放高一點，出手的速度好像快了一點。 1) NASH WARM UP. 4) 8分鐘連入十二球 其中有兩球是 "符碌"入的.
