The Best Hot Fudge.Ever! 10 Tbs. unsalted butter (NOT margarine). 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa. 4 squares unsweetened chocolate. 1 1/2 c. sugar. 1 can evaporated milk. 4 Tbs light Karo syrup. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sauce comes to a boil and boil for two minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool slightly, then serve over brownies, ice cream, etc. Sauce will thicken as it cools. Here's a tip: don't skimp on ingredients!
