Monday, January 18, 2016. 寶巾餐廳 Bougainvillea City Cafe @ 怡保. 沒有華麗的擺設，沒有五光十色的招牌，但是它絕對是夜裡的一顆明珠，食物和環境都在水準之上。 幾年之間，怡保的咖啡廳如雨後村筍，但是到訪的幾家都讓我非常失望，店面環境沒有妥善照顧，食物、飲料水準也讓人不敢恭維。 在店老闆熱情推薦後，我們都點選了自己要的套餐，有飲料、前菜的沙拉或每日例湯、主食；然後再多付十令吉就可以再加點甜品。 當晚是個雨夜，送上來的南瓜湯也很應萬聖節主題，南瓜湯非常creamy，只喝了一口眼睛就亮了起來，看到我的表情，男人也趕快把湯拿過嚐嚐. 男友的沙拉搭配的是醋，餐廳選用的時蔬都很新鮮，有小紅蘿蔔（red raddish）和一些醃製的瓜類。 Fillet Mignon Steak叫牛里脊？ 牛肉鮮嫩，熟度剛好（我忘了幾分熟耶，但就是店老闆親自推薦的熟讀）. 搭配的還有稍微處理過的花椰菜、西蘭花和番茄，還有整顆撒上起司的烤馬鈴薯。 我點的是Coffee BBQ Chicken Chop 咖啡燒烤雞排.
