Monday, January 18, 2016. 寶巾餐廳 Bougainvillea City Cafe @ 怡保. 沒有華麗的擺設，沒有五光十色的招牌，但是它絕對是夜裡的一顆明珠，食物和環境都在水準之上。 幾年之間，怡保的咖啡廳如雨後村筍，但是到訪的幾家都讓我非常失望，店面環境沒有妥善照顧，食物、飲料水準也讓人不敢恭維。 在店老闆熱情推薦後，我們都點選了自己要的套餐，有飲料、前菜的沙拉或每日例湯、主食；然後再多付十令吉就可以再加點甜品。 當晚是個雨夜，送上來的南瓜湯也很應萬聖節主題，南瓜湯非常creamy，只喝了一口眼睛就亮了起來，看到我的表情，男人也趕快把湯拿過嚐嚐. 男友的沙拉搭配的是醋，餐廳選用的時蔬都很新鮮，有小紅蘿蔔（red raddish）和一些醃製的瓜類。 Fillet Mignon Steak叫牛里脊？ 牛肉鮮嫩，熟度剛好（我忘了幾分熟耶，但就是店老闆親自推薦的熟讀）. 搭配的還有稍微處理過的花椰菜、西蘭花和番茄，還有整顆撒上起司的烤馬鈴薯。 我點的是Coffee BBQ Chicken Chop 咖啡燒烤雞排. He comes from Sri Lanka and his food was the most anticipated by everyone. He made some Sri Lankan chicken curry and roti. All I can say is - it was incredible. After all this food, we were so stuffed that we decided a walk in the neighbourhood was in order. A short distance from my home we came across one of the many outdoor exercise parks.
