The Life and Loves of Brittany: New Christmas Tradition!
http://brittanybritsch.blogspot.com/2010/12/new-christmas-tradition.html
The Life and Loves of Brittany. Librarians check me out! Thursday, December 9, 2010. I did not think of this on my own, but I love the idea. I wrapped up 25 Christmas books (most of which James got from his library) and every night the kids unwrap one and we read it as a family. I have really loved doing this and the kids love it too! It's a bit of work in the beginning but well worth the effort. Here. Is where I got the idea. Merry Christmas! The Life and Loves of. December 10, 2010 at 10:54 AM.

Inside Confidence: May 2013
http://kristyreading.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 2, 2013. The Longest Day of the Longest Week. I've had several jobs in the past that have given me some real doozies for schedules. This day and this week though take the cake. We have had 5 orientations for this client in 5 days. We held another 2 orientations for another client one of those days as well. We have had to stay late at the office calling and trying to get more people pulled out of thin air. It has been difficult to say the least, and disheartening at times.

Inside Confidence: September 2013

Tuesday, September 24, 2013. I've had a few requests for the recipe of my vanilla pear jam recipe. I can't take credit for it. I got the idea off the internet and then modifies it with the instructions on the MCP box. But here it is. First you have to make vanilla sugar. Take two or more vanilla beans and slice them open. Scrape out all the seeds. Place the seeds and now empty pods into 6 cups of sugar. Cover and let sit for about 3 days or more. The longer it sits the yummier it gets. Now for the jam.

Whipple Family Blog: June 2014

Thursday, June 19, 2014. The kids had a great year of preschool. They learned a lot and are ready for Kindergarten (even if Mom is not ready). We love Mrs. Hansen and the only reason we didn’t cry a lot is because she is our new primary president. The kids still get to spend time with her on Sundays. The last day of preschool we had a family picnic. It was fun to let the kids play with their friends from school. They had the best preschool teacher and had a great year. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sunday, February 12, 2012. I love this picture of Dane. This is him running toward me after preschool. He LOVES it! Check out all the stickers on his shirt for being AWESOME! Chewy got a haircut! This is his face shot! This is Scott and his "band". It was SO cute. Dane kept saying "we are playing instruments together" He wanted me to play too, but Scott left his other guitar at work, so I used a tennis racket. Macy looks SO SMALL in this picture. Dane making milk bubbles! Those are some crazy bubbles!

Toronto Trip – Part I | My Quirky Life
https://sdurda.wordpress.com/2015/05/25/toronto-trip-part-i
From No Cake to This Cake. Toronto Trip – Part II →. Toronto Trip – Part I. In January of this year, Aaron and I went on a vacation – just the two of us, to a place that we both hold very dear to our hearts. Toronto! Aaron has a love for the city because he served his two-year mission there – almost 15 years ago! And me – well, truth be told, anything Canadian is held dear to my heart! Shoot, that’s what I do for a living! I was very fortunate to take advantage of working for a global company who happens...

Toronto Trip – Part I →. From No Cake to This Cake. Some time before Kolby turned 2, Aaron and I were discussing how really the 1st birthday is the one to remember – and who needs a big show for the 2nd? Besides, what else would you expect from two non-partying-loving parents! But, almost as soon as we finished that conversation, we started thinking of all the fun things we could do for his birthday cake that he would absolutely love! And, truth be told, he would have thought it was pretty awesome too!
