Saturday, June 18, 2011. I've seen depth in the minds of animals typically considered "stupid" - I've seen cats and dogs smile and cry, fear and pain in the eyes of smaller friends we often take for granted, and seen bonds closer than soul mates between man and animals of all kinds. Crooked Tail Brewing :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
How did craft beer become so snooty? If you've ever read a beer review, you've surely come across more than a few that sound as if they were written by a sommelier:. Brilliant crisp scent, with sweat and pecans. Amazing bready palate, laced with a touch of lilac and tarragon.". We at Crooked Tail believe beer should stick to being what it is: FUN. It is something you enjoy along with good conversation, and maybe a steak or a burger. Leave the pretentiousness to the wine drinkers.

Hoppy Thoughts | Crooked Tail Brewery Blog
Crooked Tail Brewery Blog. Last Sunday was the first homebrew competition I’d ever partook in. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m pretty passionate about my brewing. I’ll admit I went into it on Sunday expecting just that to happen. But the furthest thing from that happened. I couldn’t believe it! On April 25, 2013 in Homebrewing.
