We appreciate you allowing your coaches to take a small Summer break to spend a couple of days with their families before the madness of school and schedules kicks back in! LA face with a CrossFit booty. So, I’m the worst and haven’t blogged in way too long but here’s an update: : I’ve lost eight pounds and counting! I’m happy that I’m making slow and steady progress and I’m more motivated than ever since seeing results. My CrossFit workouts are getting better and better (dare I say easier? I feel lighter on my feet and my goals are in sight. Also, new recipe alert! I’m still on a crock pot kick so I decided to make paleo stuffed bell peppers! 6 Bell peppers (I like red).
