LA face with a CrossFit booty. So, I’m the worst and haven’t blogged in way too long but here’s an update: : I’ve lost eight pounds and counting! I’m happy that I’m making slow and steady progress and I’m more motivated than ever since seeing results. My CrossFit workouts are getting better and better (dare I say easier? I feel lighter on my feet and my goals are in sight. Also, new recipe alert! I’m still on a crock pot kick so I decided to make paleo stuffed bell peppers! 6 Bell peppers (I like red).

The only catch to this recipe is that there are a ton of ingredients, which can get somewhat cumbersome. Oh wait. There are only two ingredients! Whisk together two eggs per one banana and that is your pancake batter! Prep your pan with some PAM or coconut oil and cook pancakes per usual, flipping when the sides firm up.
