CrossFit Kids Class Schedule. Last week was a lot of fun for our CrossFit Kids! We completed two of the 2015 CrossFit Games workouts. They were difficult and pushed our athletes pretty hard. Today our workout was not for time or scored in any capacity. This allowed our kids to focus on the technique and strategy without the pressure of a score.
