Thoughts, Moves and Food. Category Archives: Weight Lose. I am an Athlete! July 31, 2016. I have to remind myself often that I am an athlete. Everyday is a journey. Everyday is a trial. Some days are easier than other days. I am 31 days out from my next half marathon, 30 days from my next 10k and my training is going! It is not going where I want it to. I keep telling myself to trust my training! We will see what happens. I have a goal that I have been working on for 2 years. I want it bad! April 11, 2016.
