Crossfit Warmup – 1 round (No Measure). 10 Pull Up / Ring Row. 10 Ring Dip / Push Up. 10 GHD Sit Up / V Up / Sit Up. 10 GHD Back Extension / Superman. Turkish Get Up (30 reps not for time). 15 min cap, that means 1 rep every 30 seconds. Use one light weight for all reps. Sprints/Burpees (AMRAP – Reps). Odd: Sprint 150′. Afterwards, if you decide CrossFit Roselle is right for you, you will need to attend the Masters/Beginners classes for a minimum of two weeks before moving into the regular CrossFit classes. The Masters/Beginners classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 10:30am, and it is designed to acclimate you to our program in a slow, gradual manner. Sunday, November 29, 2009. Hopefully by now most of you have made a few changes here and there to your regular diet. If you really want to start seeing and feeling changes, check out issue 21. Of the CrossFit Journal. It does a great job breaking down the Zone diet into easy to follow meal blocks. The journal recommends that for a minimum of 1 week, you weigh EVERYTHING. After doing so, you will have a much better gauge as to portion size when eating out, etc. So who's up for the 1 week weigh challenge?
