Crossing France by bike: Another sunny day!
http://crossingfrancebybike.blogspot.com/2009/08/another-sunny-day.html
Crossing France by bike. From the Atlantic coast to the German border. Wednesday, 12 August 2009. With a stomach begging for some serious musli I went shopping this morning, passing by the Palais de Rohan sunbathing in the river. When I lived in Strasbourg, I never really thought it special. But now, having seen so many other chateaux around France, this really stands out. In itself a good reason to visit Strasbourg - I've also seen the interior, and it is no less stunning. 12 August 2009 at 11:24.

crossingforks | Reflections on travel and life
Reflections on travel and life. April 3, 2015. Korea is one hell of a densely packed nation. More than 50 million people are squeezed into an area of about 100,000 km. On December 2007, our computer outsourcing company warned us of a 100% price increase for their services. Because of a legal/technical issue, the price increase wouldn’t go into effect until a year later. We could hardly pay the $35,000/month that they charged us. How could we pay $70,000/month? We had one year to do something about it: if we could convert our mainframe programs to run on a Microsoft Server platform, we would be free at last! 1) the total cost wouldn’t be cheaper than the mainframe.
