News & Events. Birds of a feather flock together. Saint Crispin is Joe Grbac and Scott Pickett’s first joint venture. Joe has worked under Philip Howard at two michelin-starred The Square in London and lists Gordon Ramsay’s three Michelin-starred Royal Hospital Road on his resume. Before joining forces with Scott to create Saint Crispin, Joe was executive chef at George Calombaris’ two-hatted The Press Club. And one-hatted The Estelle.
