Diary of a Dukaneer. My online diary of my journey on the Dukan diet. Me and My Progress. May 3, 2011. Today I had a PV day. I had:. Quorn sausages for breakfast. Chicken salad for lunch. Scrambled egg for tea. Dukan bread and marmite and a yoghurt for snack. Hit the chocolate tin this afternoon, whoops and a handful of peanuts, double whoops! This means that I am now weighing 9 stone and 8 pounds! I only need to lose another 0.1 pound and that will be the lowest I have been since I started the diet! Quorn sausages for breakfast. Don't Offer me Chocolate. Monday, 1 August 2011. This summer is blowing by so fast, and I can count the beautiful days (in terms of weather) we've had on two hands. That being said, today is gorgeous outside. And I'm in here on the computer. Why? I just barely get any time these days. Life gets in the way. Work is busy, we had company for three weeks. Day 5 re-attack – PP. Little Miss Consistency 300 grams loss every day. .but it all adds up, over 1 kilo lost already this week yay! The day started out well and I tried to be conservative in my food all day cause I knew I to face the lavish dinner waiting for the evening and I was panicking about my self control when faced with the beautiful calorie laden food I expected to be served.
