http://drewphotosana.blogspot.com/2015/05/color-grids-draft-1.html
Friday, May 15, 2015. Color Grids Draft 1. This week and last week I have been experimenting with color grids. I search for specific colors in the environment and put them into a 3x3 grid with pictures of similar hues. This is my blue color grid. I am trying to improve it at the moment because I am not. A fan of the two bottom right pictures. This is my green color grid. I like it because of how much of it is nature, and. Made from nature. :). A much cleaner look. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

But the fuchsia of the flowers is a bright contrast to the black and white. I like this picture because the mountain is actually brown,. But using effects of color, I made it appear black and white. I like this picture because the door is extremely colorful, and. The subject is in black and white. It is an interesting contrast. It almost feels strangely warm. The element o...

Thursday, April 24, 2014. This picture is of Zach on Pine and Broderick. i tried to mimic zach's style by shooting in black and white. i also wanted to take a picture of him with leading lines on the street since that was one of his strongest sets. This is a picture of Sami on the 3rd floor balcony. i noticed that she takes lots of portraits in black and white. i also wanted to get some reflecting in this photo because she took photos with a mirror. Ana's Pictures : Slow Shutter Light Art & Levitation
http://drewphotosana.blogspot.com/2015/01/slow-shutter-light-art-levitation.html
Monday, January 26, 2015. Slow Shutter Light Art and Levitation. For this project, I did some team work projects with Sophie and Caroline, and some with Jackson Kao. I focused more on light art, and helped other people with their levitation. This was an attempt to replicate the feeling of a halo. Teammates: Sophie and Caroline. This was an attempt to form a heat. The imperfectness of it is pretty. I like this because although it has no form, I like the. Other light pieces are smooth and squiggly.

I chose the first photo because it already had a darker background, and I those the second because I wanted to see how I could edit it in PicMonkey. Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Macro Photo Part Three. These photos are my playing around with the micro setting and editing. Macro Photo Post Part Two. Tuesday, May 12, 2015.

Monday, March 12, 2012. For my individual project I am focusing on macro plant photography. In the following photographs I attempted to draw focus to the central plant or area and create a shallow depth of field. Throughout the series I attempted to use water or backlighting to make the pictures interesting. Sunday, March 11, 2012. The goal of this assignment was to add text to photos to enhance or change them. These use a combination of quotes and individual words to achieve that goal. Subscribe to: Pos...

Thursday, May 28, 2015. Class Portraits 2 (Final Post Ever). I took a portrait of her in a window, because I know she had done it before. It's underexposed and dark to represent the harshness dead weak exerts on all students. I did a profile portrait of her and put it on a black background. I took multiple photos of him and used Picmonkey to overlay and Warhol to recolor it. She did a project where she used the TV (Aperature Priority) mode and spun it around. Posted by Ian Itzla. Wednesday, May 29, 2013. Lian usually shoots in abstract, colorful packed shots. In most of her photos, Lian has more than one focus or subject. I took this photo of Lian because it has some dimension and is more than just the typical, straight on shot. It is also colorful and detailed, while at the same time having more than one focus. The majority of Josh's style is macro and abstract. They usually have some sort of light reflecting or focusing on the photos. I would say that my style is usually a laye...

Friday, October 16, 2009. Here are some photos i attempted to take of any interesting image in motion. So the focus maybe off and they may be slightly blurry, but thats the point. Tried to capture movement in a still photo. I tired to show the movement of people, and the idea that everyone is always going somewhere and always busy going somewhere from somewhere. Just some more portraits i took while trying to focus on capturing the idea of thirds. Thursday, October 15, 2009. DREW 3, UNIVERSITY 2. Http:/ ...

Wednesday, May 25, 2016. I took one photo in the reflection of a door. I took the second in the reflection of my glasses with Alex wearing them. The third I took was in the theater and I was trying to convey loneliness, or in other words Drake. These are my best of. They are my best images because they encapsulate my essence as a photographer. They are whimsical yet serious. I like how I used different colors for the different images and shapes.
