Monday, January 28, 2013. Thursday, January 17, 2013. For this assignment, I used photographs I had previously taken. For some of the photographs, I added messages within them. I tried to use ‘I’ in the messages to make the photograph ‘more personal’. Then for some of the photographs, I experimented in editing using many effects on just one photograph. I edited them using picmonkey.com. Under each photo, I wrote the effects I used. I hope you like it! Cross process, intrepid, boost. Boost, film stock.

Friday, December 14, 2012. Thursday, December 13, 2012. Charlie at the beach. This week I took my dog to the beach and took photos of him playing. I tried to create a playful sense almost like the dogs were in their natural habitats. I also tried to catch the water splash so i could see the water in the air and catch the details i could never see without a camera. Thursday, December 6, 2012. This was my second set of animal photos i used what i learned form the last set to make these better.

Thursday, May 16, 2013. Best of Spring Series. This my best of Set for my Spring Series. I think these photos shot what I have been trying to improve throughout the set. You can see the difference in flower shape and background in between some of the photos, because I tried to focus on improving through those aspects. May 30, 2013 at 9:55 PM. These are beautiful. I love how bright the colors are against the black and white. The flowers themselves are beautiful and very clear. Good job.

Thursday, February 16, 2012. Experimental Sketch Book #2. For this experimental sketch book, we focused on adding text to our images. My approach was to find images and create a hidden story within them . I found a focal point in each image and wrote a phase that I thought best fit what was happening in the image. I used some editing effects to make the picture stand out more. Enjoy! Thursday, February 9, 2012. On this picture I simply just added the texture effect and some duo-tone to liven the image.

To add variety, each photo is taken at a different distance and angle, but all photos are cohesive because they are portraits of me.
