the fishes and dishes cookbook
Sunday, December 11, 2016. Black cod is one of our favorite fish, and this recipe from Bonnie Millard is a delicious way to prepare it. The dish is rich, and intensely flavored from a good 8 to 24 hours (or up to 3 days) of marinating time. It is worth the wait! Serve with hot rice. 1/3 cup dry sake. 1/3 cup red miso. 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger. 4 (6-ounce) black cod fillets. 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, for garnish. Fishes and Fusses | A fine WordPress.com site
A fine WordPress.com site. By Fishes and Fusses. I’m over here in my little corner dealing with not one, but two knee issues. Knee courtesy of the drink in my hand ;). 1 Run the mile you are in. 2 I eat hills for breakfast. Actually, I don’t! 3 I run to be the best version of myself-. Yeah, this is another gem. How c...

Who’s The Cook? Fishes and Loaves Store. Anniversary Shrimp and Slow Cooker Grits. November 29, 2017 by worship1. The anniversary party lasted hours and folks dropped in and out during the day. We couldn’t get there soon enough and we chatted and played catchup over conversations that included an interview Gayle had done in his younger days with Johnny Cash who had confessed boldly Jesus Christ. Gayle is a wonderful storyteller and the time flew by. 1 1/2 cups Quick Grits (not instant). 3 1/2 cups water.
