My philosophy on life and fitness training is one in the same in all things, challenge yourself, focus intently and always perform whatever you do with gusto. I view my role, as a teacher, as the combination of coach and motivating assistant. This is in recognition that each of us needs support, assistance and encouragement to achieve the very best for ourselves in most aspects of our lives. I use the Pilates method as the basis and foundation for everything I teach, guide and lead students to find.
