A beginner's guide to leading a healthy lifestyle! April 15, 2013. I’m so sorry I haven’t been posting. School has been a struggle, but now I’m back! While I’ve been gone I’ve reevaluated my fitness goals and what I really need in my healthy lifestyle. After a lot of thinking and researching, I think I’m going to start trying Team Beachbody products! I’m starting with Shakeology. Tomorrow, and I think I’m going to buy a fitness program.
