Falling off →. January 11, 2010. Lately I have been trying to save money and trying to eat up more of the food I already have, so if my food post get a little boring I apologize. Breakfast before yoga class. For lunch I had pumpkin oats with carob chips and a banana hiding under the oats. Snacked on a new treat 🙂. I normally use kelp noodles for when I make my raw phad thai, but like I said I need to use up stuff I have. Such a good and filling meal! Do you take rest days from the gym? Falling off →.

What is more lovely than the citrus smell of clementines! 1 c Clementine segments. 1 tsp grated fresh Ginger. 1/2 tsp Lime Juice. 1 tbls Coconut Oil, melted. In a Magic Bullet using the flat blade or blender, blend the clementine segments with the ginger. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Empty into a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let set in the fridge. 1 1/4 c dried shaved Coconut.
