Sunday, June 28, 2015. 明天就要出發，心情興奮又緊張。這次其實是我歷來最長的旅程，17天，卻完全沒有計劃，沒有Itinerary，今天直緊張得腸買不適。收拾行李用了差不多大半天時間，光是為了帶甚麼衣服，帶多少衣服便頭痛了好久。雲南温差很大，早上及夜晚，下雨不下雨的温度往往相差十度以上。這種天氣最好是layering，短袖Tee，hoodie，gore-tex外套就最適合不過，可恨我一件hoodie也沒有，炎夏在香港也買不到hoodie的。衣物都以舒適、快乾為主，方便途中洗衣服，結果我偷了傑的Arctyrex Tees用。反正我也不愛上鏡，穿隨便一點沒關係。 Yunnan, here I come! Saturday, April 10, 2010. Lost in Translation - Day 8. After talking to people, I found that the quality of life here is definitely worse than HK and Canada. Heavy Tax, UNBEARABLE long working hours, clear hierarchy at work and any other relationship, expensive housing. Saturday, May 07, 2011. 2011-05 Bangkok Trip Day 1. 帶著興奮的心情離開香港這鬼地方，上飛機時看到坐在我們前兩排的艷女，剛想著其實泰國女孩皮膚挺白挺漂亮，便聽到兩位美女比栢芝的鵝公喉還要低兩個八度的聲音……艷是艷，是不是女就不得而知。下機已十一點多，還好晚上車比較少，而且的士走toll road，半個多小時便到達市區。這次挑了Service Apartment，雖然沒有酒店豪華，但房間真的很大很舒服，而且樓下就是24小時超市，距離空鐵及地鐵只數分鐘路程，十分方便。唯一美中不足的是電視太小了，只是二十多寸的LCD，沒戴眼鏡的我完全看不到塋幕上的小字。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Monday, February 19, 2007. Pita Gourmet Pita Bread. Onion, thinly sliced. Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced. Swiss Emmenthal Cheese, grated. Red Pepper Flakes to taste. 1 Spread the tomato paste on the pita bread. 2 Layer the red bell pepper and onoin slices over the tomato paste. 3 Broil in oven for 5 min or until pepper and onions are cook. 4 Layer the smoke salmon on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. 5 Broil for another 2 minuites or until cheese is melted. 6 Season with red pepper flakes and serve.

Monday, September 01, 2008. 或許回港久了，沾染了港人的習性，又或是對港人的不信任，很多時候見到乞丐，心中想的，往往是"這人是真的行乞嗎，還是那些騙才的職業乞丐呢？". 口琴這樂器體細小，可以隨時帶在身邊，天涯海角去也，感覺是十分逍遙的。而老伯的琴聲卻是斷斷續續、零零落落的，一如他殘破的人生。早起腦筋未還未完全清醒之際，偶爾聽到他斷斷續續地奏出父母恩，即時鼻子一酸。想當初他也是個粉雕玉琢的嬰兒，父母的心肝寶貝，何以今天弄至如斯田地？面對眼前那些面無血色、雙目沒有焦點的人們，或許，老伯比天橋上急步走過的我們更有靈魂。 Links to this post.
