به روز 12 فروردین 1334 ه.ش در شهرضا در خانواده ای مستضعف و متدین بدنیا آمد. او در رحl مادر بود كه پدر و مادرش عازم كربلای معل ی و زیارت قبرسالارشهیدان و دیگر شهدای آن دیار شدند و مادر با تنفس شمیم روحبخش كربلا، عطر عاشورایی را به این امانت الهی دمید. محمد ابراهیم درسایه محب ت های پدر ومادر پاكدامن، وارسته و مهربانش دوران كودكی را پشتسر گذاشت و بعد وارد مدرسه شد. در دوران تحصیلش از هوش واستعداد فوقالعادهای برخوردار بود و با موفقیت تمام دوران دبستان و دبیرستان را پشت سر گذاشت. شهید حبیب برادران توکلی.
