Frozen Protein Pudding Pops. 1 package jello instant pudding power ( sugar and fat free ). 2 cups skim milk ( I used one cup skim milk and one cup of unsweetened almond milk ). 1-1/2 scoops chocolate protein powder. Blend the above in a magic bullet or blender and pour into popsicle molds. This will make 12 delicious frozen pudding pops! There are approx. 50 calories per treat. No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bars. 1 cup of peanut butter. 1 cup of honey (or 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup sugar free syrup).
