One's journey to search, experience and connect through food. Hi-Collar’s Pork Katsu Sandwich. July 1, 2014. So on my journey to find some more interesting eats in the East Village I heard about a place that does an interesting Katsu sandwich. Now Katsu is something that I love like many but this place really caught my eye when I saw a picture; seriously, all I was asking at the time was “is that white bread that’s been neatly cut? MY JOURNEY INTO ELDER CARE
MY JOURNEY INTO ELDER CARE. Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Living with a Stranger. It has been a whirlwind of a month. We have been so busy showing our first facility and have received wonderful feedback. I feel blessed to have met such wonderful families and be a part of their journey in what is often a tough and difficult decision to place an elderly loved one into an assisted living home.
