Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Today was a HUGE improvement over yesterday eating wise. I did NOT work out though because I hurt my back lifting something I shouldn't have at work yesterday. Wednesday, November 30, 2011. I have been slacking in the blogging department. I haven't gained any of the recent 12 pounds loss, but I also haven't lost anymore weight recently. I have been tracking, but not as hard core as I'd like to:). The other night as I was driving home from closing I started to think about what snacks were waiting for me at home.then I remebered that the kitchen was closed:)! Sunday, January 22, 2012. Two Negatives to Today's Workout:). The first and one that wouldn't be obvious to most is I had to change my setting on the elliptical to track my age as 43 now! The other was I needed to go on the elliptical and not the treadmill:(. The elliptical is a must when my knee us bothering me, but the workout doesn't interest me, I do not gather enough endorphins and my feet fall asleep! I'm done complaining now:). Do you have goals? It won't connect to the internet yet I can still access the internet from my iPod touch. So confusing.something about the DNS server and an IP address conflicting with something. Who knows! I only have a desktop and an iPod so not sure what is going on. I think I will try connecting it back to the "wall" instead of having my wireless connection and see what happens!
