Didn't have time to get online yesterday to post but I did my P90X. Workout (cardio) and this is what I ate:. Yogurt drink thing (70 cals). Ham and turkey on whole wheat roll with mustard and cheese (330). 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (33 cals). Corn on the cob (59 cals). Baked potato with 1 tbsp sour cream (188 cals). 1/2 Banana (36 cals). 1 slice pound cake (160 cals).

This past week sucked balls on eating.everything from Boston Pizza two nights in a row (cactus potatoes with dip, pasta with lots of cheese, pizza etc.), chocolate and candy galore, chips. Frick.
