Tales from my scale : Trying to lose the weight! Friday, March 5, 2010. Really have a whole lot of time tonight but I decided I needed to do a fast update. The last two days have gone well. Yesterday I had eaten all of my calories and still felt hungry and exhausted so I decided to eat a bit extra and go to bed early. I felt way better this morning!
