KITCHEN IN THE RAW. 1/4 cup of egg beaters or 1 egg, beaten. 1 3/4 cups Almond milk (feel free to substitute with your own version of milk). 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 cup rolled oats. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the egg, milk and brown sugar. Mix in the oats. When the oatmeal begins to boil, cook and stir until thick. Remove from the heat, and stir in butter until melted. Serve immediately. Add fruit, berries, raisins, chocolate chips, nuts or other toppings for a twist! 3 bananas, mashed.
