Tillsätt mjölet under knådning, se upp så du inte får för mycket mjöl, då blir bullarna torra och jäser dåligt! Blanda ner salt och socker och arbeta ihop till en smidig deg. No longer a secret. Delicious meals from my grandmother's notebooks, because good food should be shared. Sunday, September 6, 2009. A variation for mayonnaise for cold chicken meals. It’s very simple to make. 1 tablespoon chopped white onion. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz until smooth. Chill until you need it. If a thinner mayonnaise is required, add some fresh cream. SUGGESTION: Try it as well with cold chicken sandwiches. 1/2 cup sour cream.
