Wednesday, February 29, 2012. I found this recipe on Pinterest. It was one of the very first things I pinned. I loved it's simplicity and clean flavors. The problem was, the recipe was for 2. I have 6. Simply multiplying the ingredients didn't work quite right, so it took some trial and error, but now we have it worked out. Wednesday, December 10, 2014. 3 eggs lightly beaten. 4 cups of chicken stock. 1 Tbsp of cornstarch. 1/2 tsp grated ginger. 1 Tbsp soy sauce. 3 green onions, chopped. 1/4 tsp white pepper. 3/4 cup of mushrooms, chopped. Reserve 1/2 cup of chicken stock and mix with cornstarch until dissolved. Place the chicken stock, ginger, soy sauce, green onions, mushrooms, and white pepper in a pot and bring to a boil. Ad the cornstarch and stock mixture and stir. Reduce heat to a simmer. Monday, December 1, 2014.

Friday, August 26, 2011. I made these breakfast taquitos. A few weeks ago, and they were so good that I had to go back to Our Best Bites. For more. I used more of my leftover Cafe Rio Chicken. To make these (that recipe makes a ton! Which gave an added depth of flavor. I also used red salsa instead of the green called for at OBB, because that's what I had around, and it was great. I paired this with the same C. That I used for the breakfast taquitos which fit perfectly. 1 dozen-ish 6 inch tortillas.

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. This is a fairly standard recipe in our house. I also like to take it as a meal to friends who are ill or having babies. It freezes and transports pretty well, and is different than the standard chicken/broccoli/rice monstrosoties that so often end up being delivered. It is really simple, and the green chilies are small enough to almost get past my non-green eating 6 year old. Almost. 1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1 c sour cream. Friday, July 13, 2012. Teriyaki Pulled Pork Sandwiches. What to do with a pork shoulder and you just don't want to dump a jar of barbeque sauce on it again? Teriyaki Pulled Pork Sandwiches. 1 2-3 lb. pork shoulder (boston butt roast). 1 med onion, diced. 1 bottle teriyaki sauce (not marinade). 1 can pineapple slices. 2 Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high 5-6 hours. 3 Pull the cooked pork into shreds with two forks. Add in more teriyaki sauce to taste and stir to combine. Source: Six Sisters Stuff.

Monday, August 13, 2012. Round Steak- Crockpot Edition. I appologize for the photo, its crap I know. Busy mama with 2 kids! This is super tender and the flavor is amazing! Round Steak (I think mine was about 2# worth). 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup. 1 Tablespoon chopped onion (I used dried). 1/2 package Italian Dressing mix. 1/4 red pepper sliced. 6 baking size potatoes. These sneak some good stuff in to my girls diet and they dont know it. :-). 1/2 Cup Coconut oil. 1/2 Cup Brown sugar. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 3 teaspoons Flax seeds (I put them in the blender and make it really fine). 1/2 Cup White chocolate chips.
