Monday, April 18, 2011. It really brought up a lot of great memories and it made me realize that I have so much to happy about. I have been blessed in more ways that I can even count. It also made me realize that I need to start writing in my journal again. Manage my time better so that I can practice self-care and get rid of burned out Jenny. Go to the gym 3 days a week for an hour. Go to sleep at a good time and wake up early. Cut down on the chocolate. Write in my journal. April 18, 2011 at 11:22 PM.

Saturday, February 4, 2012. Alliterations are hard to make with Js. I was in the mood for Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana soup, salad, and breadsticks this weekend, but instead David and I went to Long Wong's to eat wings instead. Although I enjoyed the wings, my belly still ached for some of that soup! I decided I would make some today for dinner and I have to admit, it was pretty amazing. Plus, we saved a few bucks! Who can complain about that? Bacon bits (optional-I didn't use any). Turn to low heat.
