Something always comes up during the day causing me to skip exercising during the day, then at night I get to tired to do anything after my band concerts. Also the past two Wednesday’s I’ve eaten like crap as well. So, I will just deem this my shit day and move on! It doesn’t mean that my diet is over. It’s just one day. How do you handle it?
