Our Happy Little Life. Friday, August 2, 2013. Here are the kids ready for the Fourth of July festivities! We went to a friends house for dinner (The Henry's) and then the weekend before we had a great time with some other friends (the La Pierre's) on Post at their firework show! I have always love the fourth of July it is such a wonderful holiday and we are so grateful for this country and the freedoms we have! Picture of Derrick with the Kids and NO GLASSES! Monday, December 15, 2008. Are you kidding me? I went to great lengths to get rid of this stuff. I thought that I had eliminated this filth from my life! What am I talking about? Today we got snow! Our Happy Little Life. Thursday, August 1, 2013. PRK and Other April Pictures. On April 10th Derrick Had PRK done so that he wont need glasses anymore. It has been so nice for him. He had a rough first couple days but after that his eyes have done really well! Just before going in for the surgery Lovely hat and foam to catch the saline. Goggles he had to wear at night for awhile to protect his eyes while they healed. Avarie and Reid in the hotel! Such a goofy boy. Avarie, Reid and their parents.

Reid thought it was the greatest thing ever. He also got to drive around mars rovers! He is just such a sweet little boy. My shoes on this morning became car ramps. Sunday, July 25, 2010. Sunday, July 11, 2010. Kylee did not go with us. She opted to spend a few days with my parents and her cousins. Sometimes an adult vacation is needed! We spent the majority of our time down at the beach doing absolutely nothing! It was not as warm as I would have liked, but it was so peaceful and relaxing. Sunday, May 2, 2010. I suck at this! I told Kylee I would update. Nobody reads this anymore because it has been so long, but I told her I would. Too much has happened to update it all. In a nutshell, we are all doing well. Ky will be in 8th grade next year (AHHHHH! She is still pretty sweet, so I guess the teenage angst is just around the corner. I am lucky it did not his sooner. We miss all of our friends and family, but it is way too warm down here to move back! Hope all is well! May 2, 2010 at 4:30 PM.

Sunday, May 16, 2010. I believe I actually have some new stuff to post. Kylee recently had her birthday (number 13) and she had a fun party at the park! She invited all of her friends and they were all so cute! They ran around, ice blocked, ate pizza and had cake! She had so much fun and has such a cute group of friends! Needless to say, I was exhausted after the party. Although my mom did most of the work because I was working all week! Where would we be without our mothers? May 17, 2010 at 7:37 AM.
